*The FSA Manual
The Manual gives you the history of FSA as well as process suggestions for
use with individuals and groups. Each of the six styles is described in detail and helpful information about the styles is added.
You receive a chart describing how the different styles work together, which are
most effective and which are least effective when trying to implement innovations or
changes. You will also learn how the styles for individuals are equivalent to a
company’s or organization’s profile. The Manual tells how you can grow with FSA by becoming a Certified FSA Practitioner, do your own research and publishing. Download and Print at your leisure.

Certified FSA Practitioners
Those who purchase the Starter Kit have the option of becoming Certified FSA Practitioner at no extra cost. By using your first 10 assessments with individuals, groups or a combination of individuals and groups and returning an Experience Evaluation Form for each participant you can apply for Certification. Details are in the Manual and on the web site. As a Certified FSA Practitioner you can log in to your account at any time, have access to handouts to be used with groups and articles on FSA as they become available. You will also be listed as a recommended Certified FSA Practitioner for your geographical region on the FSA website.

Database for Personal Research (For Certified FSA Practitioners only)
FSA will provide a Database designed after the original database where all FSA data is
collected and analyzed. You can have the results of all your clients placed in your own private database where you can begin to analyze the results. The Database is designed for Microsoft Excel. Articles you write about your experiences and the insights you receive from your data can be submitted to FSA for other Practitioner’s to read and naturally can be published in the appropriate journals. More information is in the Manual.
